Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was a member of the Alfred Dramatic Club (later the Royal Alfred Dramatic Club) in the period 1860-61, and is specifically mentioned as a cast member in their production of Helping Hands (Taylor) in Cape Town on 28 March, 1860.
