He starred in Pieter Toerien’s production of Peter Shaffer’s Equus in 1975; in Trevor Griffiths’s Comedians in December 1976; in The Homecoming in 1978 and in Getting Away With Murder (as “Waldo” at the Intimate Theatre). He also appeared in The Death of Bessie Smith in 1979.
He formed a company to present The Cat and the Canary at the Brooke Theatre in 1978, naming it Quince Productions.
Awards
Won a Three Leaf Award in 1978 for The Homecoming.
