Matthew Stewardson, (1977-2010) Actor and TV presenter

Biography
He was the son of Joe Stewardson and Diane Appleby, and brother of Deon Stewardson. Born 11 December 1977, died shortly before his 36th birthday in December 2010. He collapsed on the beach in the Eastern Cape after complaining of breathing problems.

He had roles in It Runs in the Family and Robin's A Cruise-Ou.
Idols SA presenter.
In 1993 he played the part of Rolf Gruber in The Sound of Music, a collaboration between PACT and the Roodepoort Civic Theatre at the State Theatre Pretoria, directed by George Kok. He starred in Tom Foolery in 2010.
