Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was one of the Toneelskool van die Hanekoms members, participating in about 15 productions in Bloemfontein between 1930-1934. He later also played for JAATS.
In 1978 he portrayed various roles in a PACOFS production of Die Huweliksbedrog.
