Robert Davies. (19**-) Actor and director, best known for producing and directing films.

Biography
Robert is married to actress Lena Farugia.
Training
He obtained a BA degree at the University of Cape Town, 1972.
Career
Began his acting and directing career both in South Africa and abroad.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
As a student he directed A Day in the Death of Joe Egg (Little Theatre 1972) and Funeral Games (in which he also acted) at The Space for the UCT Dramatic Society.
He had a role in Dear Antoine (1971) and played Ferdinand in The Tempest at Maynardville in January 1973.
In 2010 he played opposite Lena Farugia in a revival of We and Them.
Directed the film version of Saturday Night at the Palace. Formed Davnic Productions with Lena Farugia.
