Performance history in South Africa

1968: Directed by David Scase for the Alexander Theatre, opening 14 November, with John Hayter, Barbara Hughes, Don McCorkindale, Dianne Dickonson, Hillary Carter, Victor Melleney.

1970: Presented by and at the John Hayter Theatre, Johannesburg, directed by John Hayter.
