Quanita Adams (19**-) is a South African actress, singer and presenter on stage, film and television.

Training
Studied at the University of Cape Town, completing an Honours Degree in Drama in 2002.
Career

Shows include For Coloured Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf (2002, Fleur du Cap Award for Best Performance in a Musical or Revue, shared with the cast), Jocasta Rising (2004), Doc's Wife (200*?), Valley Song (2003-2004 – Fleur du Cap Award for Best Actress), At Her Feet (2004, 2009), Twaalfde Nag ("Twelfth Night", 2005), Kroes (2008).
On TV she has been in Vuyani Mtsantsi (200*?), and on film in Cape of Good Hope (200*?) and Forgiveness (film) (2004).
Took part in the production of Truth in Translation from 2006.
