The original text

It consists of two stories with an insistent love theme running through. The Little Comedy, based on a short story by Arthur Schnitzler and Summer Share based on Jules Renard's 1898 play Le pain de ménage.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

1990: Presented by Pieter Toerien in association with NAPAC, opening at the Natal Playhouse in February, the André Huguenet Theatre 23 March and later at the Theatre on the Bay. Directed and choreographed by Geoffrey Sutherland.
