Monsieur Cesar (17**-18**) was the Chapel Master of the 54th Regiment in Cape Town in 1819. (Also found as Monsieur César)
He composed new ballet music for C.E. Boniface's adapted version of Dago, of De Spaansche Bedelaars (Cuvelier) for production on 16 October 1819.
