Le Directeur de la Comedie (also found - wrongly - as Le Directeur de Comedie) is a play performed by Monsieur Delemery and members of Het Fransche Liefhebbery Geselschap ("The French Amateur Company") in the African Theatre,Cape Town on 29 October, 1803, with Pigmalion (Rousseau).
No further details are given, but it is very likely that this was a version of Monet, Directeur de l'Opéra-Comique , a comedy in one act by Pierre-Yon Barré, Jean-Baptiste Radet and François-Georges Desfontaines.
