Biography
Junior was born in Potchefstroom but has spent most of his life in Pretoria. He inherited his love for theatre, song and dance from his mother.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He is a founder member and director of the Mamelodi Theatre Organisation. He is involved in community theatre as well as industrial theatre.
He wrote and directed several plays and revues, such as the satire Daar is Pretoria (written and performed in Afrikaans), Blues Train, Ek My Bra, Johan Kuier die Toordokter and Take a Leaf.
