Maria Moscholiou (19*-). Greek actress.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Player in the Athens Drama Company which Leon Gluckman brought to South Africa to perform at the Civic Theatre in 1963. They did Euripides’s tragedy Iphigenia in Aulis, and Aristophanes’s Lysistrata. Costis Michaelides directed these plays which also starred Aleka Katselis and Costas Kazakos. They also toured Rhodesia and Cape Town.
