Vrygrond Community Centre is a project initiated by Stephanie Kilroe as a joint venture between the Elton John AIDS Foundation, Annie Lennox's SING Campaign, and the Vrygrond Community Development Trust[. Aimed at providing services for adults and children in the Vrygrond community, in particular those infected with HIV. The opening of the Centre was attended by attended by Annie Lennox, Elton John and David Furnish.

Besides many support and training services for the community, the centre is also one of the venues for the annual Vrygrond Family Festival.
