Performance history in South Africa
1972/3: The first South African production was staged Upstairs at the Space in Cape Town, directed and designed by Pieter-Dirk Uys with Phillip Boucher and Val de Klerk. Lighting Don Fuller and the stage manager was Bee Berman.
1974: Presented by The Company at The Village Theatre in Orange Grove, directed by Mannie Manim, with Vanessa Cooke and David Eppel.
