The central library on the University of Stellenbosch campus, which houses a large drama section as well as Stellenbosch University's Document Centre and its Africana collection , the holdings of which contain numerous materials pertaining to South African theatre and performance over the course of the 19th and 20th centuries.
The library's digital programme SUNscholar is a partner, with the Drama Department at the University, in publishing and maintaining the ESAT project.
