Biography

Youth

Training

She studied Drama at the Pretoria Technikon for four years before she graduated from the University of Pretoria with a B.A. in Drama at the end of 1979.


Career

She joined CAPAB Youth Company in the beginning of 1980.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

As a student she has appeared in Grass Widows, Die Prinses en die Sigeuners en the dance drama Faust.

She played Mev Kauffman in Kom Terug, Klein Skeba for CAPAB in 1981. She also had roles in En Die Son Skyn in Suid-Afrika, Mooi Maria, Die Oresteia-Trilogie.

She adapted ‘n Pot Vol Winter for the stage.
