Circus performer and actor * A member of the [[French Dramatic Artistes]] from Mauritius which arrived in Cape Town in 1848 under the leadership of [[Dalle Case]] and  also included [[L. Victor]], [[Mme Victor]] and [[X. Hus]]. In February 1848 he joined Case's local professional French theatre company called the [[Dalle Case Company]], but by March 1848 the company had to close. He, Victor and Hus then formed [[Theatre de L'Union]] in March 1848, but by the end of September the company had disappeared.
