Training
Studied at University of Cape Town Drama Department (1996-1998).
Career
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Wrote and performed Kerrie Karma (1999) as part of the Baxter Theatre Laboratory’s Young Writer’s Programme. Other stage credits include: Locked (Adam Pike, 2001), Sorrows and Rejoicings (Athol Fugard, 2001), For Coloured Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf (2002). Film and television credits include Generations (SABC, 2001) and Scooter Riders (2001), Forgiveness and Twist. Played the role of Antigone in Jocasta Rising in 2004.
Awards, etc
Fleur du Cap Award for Best Performance in a Musical or Revue, shared with the cast of For Coloured Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When the Rainbow is Enuf in 2002.
