First performed in The Laager at the Market Theatre in June 1998, directed and choreographed by Robyn Orlin, with Mncedisi Shabangu (Orpheus) Toni Morkel (Eurydice), Neli Xaba (chorus girl) and Thabo Sibeko (Amore).
