SA première presented by CAPAB Drama in the Nico Malan Theatre, June 1989 before its visit to the Grahamstown Festival, directed by Johan Esterhuizen, designs Birrie le Roux, choreography Jeannette Ginslov, lighting Malcolm Hurrell, with Bo Petersen and Mark Hoeben.
