The Pleasure Garden: a play in four acts by Beatrice Mayor. The delightfully ironical title gives the setting for the perambulations of an unhappy set of mortals. Twenty characters. The Birmingham Repertory Theatre Company production opened on 30th April 1927 . The production was staged by W.G. Fay with stage settings designed by Hugh Owen. Published by Sidgwick & Jackson, 1925.
Produced by Ruth Peffers for the Speech-training department of the UCT at the Little Theatre in 1945, with, among others, Audrey Pearce.
