A one-man play adapted for the stage by Geoffrey Hyland and Jeremy Crutchley from the epic work by Heathcote Williams (Sacred Elephant, London, Jonathan Cape; New York, Harmony Books, 1989).
First performed by Jeremy Crutchley in Cape Town in 2012, directed Geoffrey Hyland as a SheerNerve Production from 2-18 February 2012 at the Intimate Theatre on Hiddingh Campus of the University of Cape Town. The season marked the South African premiere of this work.
Played in New York City, at La MaMa's The First Floor Theatre at 74 East 4th Street, running from 2 to 22 September 2013.
