The Spotlight Theatre company (or in some instances Spotlight Players or simply Spotlight) was founded by Cecilia Sonnenberg and René Ahrenson.
Not to be confused with the company called Spotlight Youth Theatre or Spotlight Children's Theatre Company
Productions
During the Second World War they did numerous play readings in the Electricity House Theatre in Strand Street, Cape Town.

1942: Mourning Becomes Electra
1943: The Laughing Woman
1944: Home is the Hero
1956: The Taming of the Shrew at Maynardville in February 1956 (Leslie French).
