CAPAB Theatre-in-Education was part of the Drama Department at CAPAB.

History
The Cape Performing Arts Board (CAPAB) in Cape Town had a very sucessful theatre-in-education/youth company, founded to do educational work. It also toured the Cape provice presenting literature through Library Tours. It was originally led by Robin Malan (1970-1971), followed over the years by Eileen Thorns (from 1976-1978?), Peter Curtis (1978-1979) and Ivan Abrahams.

Company members
Judith Krummeck was a member until 1977. In 1980, Michele Burgers, Bobby Smith and Selma van der Vyver were members of the company. Prior to 1985, Mary Dreyer was a member of the company. Pierre Malherbe and Blaise Koch were also members of the company for a time.
Jenny Gillis designed most of the costumes for the company.
