Biography
Pam was married to Neil Emslie. Their daughters Robin Williams and Julie Dickson are both heavily involved in theatre Gqeberha and Cape Town respectively.
Three of their grandchildren work in the entertainment industry: Gareth Hewitt Williams, Rhys Hewitt Williams and Bethany Dickson.
Career
For many years, Pam was a teacher at Crewe Primary School in East London.

Pam was actively involved in theatre in East London, performing in pantomimes, Gilbert and Sullivan, plays and musicals. Her roles include "The May Queen" in Merrie England (1958), "Mrs Darling" in Peter Pan (1962), "Anna" in The King and I (1964), The Mikado (1973), "Miss Tweed" in Something's Afoot (1981).
She directed a number of musicals for schools, including Oklahoma! and Brigadoon. She also wrote and directed a number of children's pantomimes, including Dick Whittington, The Wizard of Oz, Pinocchio (1979), Tom Sawyer (1980), Aladdin (1983), Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1986). She wrote and directed Jack and the Beanstalk for the Arts Theatre Club in 1980.
