Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
A member of the Oranjeklub, a youth group in Cape Town, for which he appeared in and directed a number of productions, including Vrydag (a localised version of a Hungarian play by Ferenc Molnár) in 1929.
He wrote the play Vergelding.
