Molly Street is a play written and directed by Peter Churu
The play offers a story told by the townsfolk of Chiredzi in Zimbabwe, telling of Molly, who was murdered by her boyfriend in the 1960s and for the next 70 years her spirit visits the town.
2024: Performed at the Market Theatre as part of the Kaza Kamba Pan African Theatre Festival, directed by directed by Peter Churu, with a cast that included Chidochangu Jo Anne Tenga and musician Patrick Tembo.
