Biography
Hannalie van der Merwe was born in ?, the daughter of Reverend Ernst van den Berg and Jean de Villiers.
After school she studied at Pretoria University for her Bachelors in Music degree (Church Organ).
She joined the radio division of the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) in 1975 as Music Producer and worked mainly with the SABC Orchestra, National Orchestra, overseas artists, local artists and choirs.
