Indaba was a newspaper supplement, circa 1979, published in the Eastern Province Herald (now known as The Herald) a daily morning newspaper founded in 1845 by John Patterson, and is based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The Indaba supplement was specially aimed at Black readership and mainly featured Black social news during the apartheid era. It was published once a week on Fridays.
