In 2012 his play for teens,  ’, won the runner-up prize in the Maskew Miller Longman Youth Literature Awards and was subsequently published as part of an anthology for Grades7-9, alongside Gcina Mhlophe and Karina Szczurek. He has had two scripts produced for television as part of the Ekasi-Our Stories series, ‘Ubizo-The Calling’ and ‘Toyboy’. When he’s not working or finding funny stories for his work by dating; he enjoys socialising, travelling, scuba diving and entertaining and basically anything involving the outdoors and sport.
