Paganelli was engaged as a singing teacher at the South African College of Music.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He produced/directed and performed in Il barbiere di Siviglia for South African College of Music at the Opera House in 1929.
He produced a production of Il matrimonio segreto in 1933, performed by students from the South African College of Music
