Biography
Annie Malan was just 13 when Katinka Heyns picked her to play the part of the young Nina in the film version of Dalene Matthee’s novel Fiela se Kind (1988), the role played by Marchelle Verwey as an adult. She acted in two more films, namely That Englishwoman (Dirk de Villiers/1989) and ‘n Pot Vol Winter (Johan Bernard/1991).
