The Basement Theatre is a venue in Secunda, Mpumalanga.
The venue
The Basement Theatre is part of the Lake Umuzi Waterfront, situated at 1 Kiewiet Street, Secunda in Mpumalanga. Though primarily seen as a conference venue and described in its publicity as "the perfect venue for all events, year-end functions and weddings", it can accommodate medium to large functions.
There are two spaces: Basement One, which can accommodate up to 250 people and the smaller Basement Two, that can hold up to 50 people.
