He was born in Springs as Lance Liebenberg on 18 July 1938.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He did the singing voice of Franz Marx in the movie Die Danie Bosman Storie (produced by Elmo de Witt in 1969) and played the leading role of "André du Toit" in the Afrikaans film Lindie (1971).
