Sommer So! ("Just like that!") is an Afrikaans cabaret devised by Darryl Nel (1972- ) with text by Martelize Kolver.

The original text

The show is a nostalgic tribute, featuring traditional Afrikaans songs alongside music popularised by Laurika Rauch, Anton Goosen, David Kramer, Coenie de Villiers and more.

Performance history in South Africa

2003: The production was produced by DSN Productions, directed by Darryl Nel, and first performed at The Barn in June 2003. The cast included Darryl Nel, Niqui Cloete-Barrass, Marelize Marx and Marelize Booyens with the text performed by Martelize Kolver.

2004: Performed at the Guild Theatre in East London in March.
