Jos Willems (1923-2010) was a adminstrative and public relations officer for the Stellenbosch Drama Department for two decades.

Biography
Born Jozef Hendrik Pieter Albrecht Willems in Knokke, Belgium on 2 July 1923. After active duty in WWII as a member of the Flemish Brigade, he moved to South Africa in 1951, where his bride-to-be, Monigue, joined him in the same year and they were married in Cape Town.
He became a South African citizen in 1967 and passed away in Stellenbosch in 2010.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was appointed administrative and public relations officer for the Stellenbosch Drama Department and the H.B. Thom Theatre by Professor Fred Engelen in 1965 - a position which he would hold until his retirement in 1985 (1987?).
