Biography
Kevin was born in Cape Town on 11 October 1962.
Career
He has travelled the world as a presenter for Front Row on M-Net, sharpening his presenting skills in English and then moving fluently into Afrikaans as a presenter for Pasella.
He has also acted in two international films, most notably in the final instalment of the Quentin Tarantino cult trilogy, From Dusk 'Til Dawn.
Kevin has MC-ed the Miss World pageant of the year 2000 at the Sun City Superbowl.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He starred in Joe Orton’s Entertaining Mr Sloane together with Anthony James, Christine le Brocq and Danny Keogh under Robert Whitehead’s direction at Upstairs at the Market in October 1986. He performed in Karnaval in 1981.
He has performed in numerous other theatre productions including The Winter's Tale and Faust for CAPAB, Alive and Kicking, Buckingham Palace, District Six, Grot van die kaalkoppe, Die Papegaaivrou, Karnaval, The Elephant Man (as “John Merrick”, 1998), King Lear and Hamlet for PACT, The Merchant of Venice, Tons of Money, Vereeniging, Vereniging, Side by Side, Their Faces Blurred, The Ride Across Lake Constance, Houd-den-Bek, Kindertransport, Saintly Simplicity (2014), Getting Out, Kanna hy kô Hystoe, Arachnid, Tom, Dick and Harry (1990), Bloed in die Strate and Pigs on Passion for the Market Theatre, Johannesburg, Antony in Julius Caesar for PACOFS,
