Heresy & Treason is the title of a play or diptych[1] by Anthony Akerman (1949-).

The original text

The play consists of two (untitled) parts /two linked plays(?) (perhaps titled Heresy and Treason) about the life of Bishop Colenso.

A copy of the (untitled) typed script, held in the archives of the Drama Department, University of Stellenbosch, indicates the play was first copyrighted in 1999 and again in 2001.

Translations and adaptations

The piece Heresy & Treason was adapted as a radio drama and broadcast in 2006.
