The original text

A mesmerizing psychodrama about bullying in a girl's residence at school, the play was first written as a one-act version for performance at the ATKV Kampustoneel playwriting festival in Pretoria, where it was received with high accolades. It was later expanded into a full-length version, performed professionally as well as by drama departments and schools since.

Performance history in South Africa

Among the many productions of the play, have been:

1986: Performed at the Kampustoneel festival by the students of the University of Pretoria.

1987: PACOFS 1987, directed by Gerrit Schoonhoven with Marjorie Nortje, Elzette Maarschalk, Michele Burgers.

1992: Presented by the University of Stellenbosch Drama Department in the Libertas Theatre in May 1992, directed by Juanita Swanepoel, assisted by Erik de Waal. The cast were Tosca Kolver (Tosca Korver?), Jeanne van Schoor, Winnie Rust, Clarinda Steenhuisen and Monica du Toit.
