Biography
Born in Cape Town, he went to Athlone Secondary High School and studied at the University of Cape Town. He is married to actress Vinette Ebrahim (1957-)
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Best known for his work in theatre, including the lead role in Athol Fugard's Boesman en Lena, opposite Vinette Ebrahim.
Created the character "Ken J. de Bruyn" in his one-man shows A Klonkie vol K*k (1995) and The Strondloper (2001).
Television roles include "Lindenberg" in Dryfsand and "Vos Philander" in Soutmansland.
Films include Point of Impact (1993), The Visual Bible: Matthew (1993), Ernest in the Army (1998), From Dusk Till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter (1999),
