The Palace of Truth is a three-act "Fairy Comedy" in blank verse by W.S. Gilbert (1836-1911)[1].
Contents
The original text
Partly adapted from Madame de Genlis's fairy story, Le Palais de Vérite, it was first produced at the Haymarket Theatre, London, on 19 November 1870. It opened on Broadway for the first time on 17 January, 1910.
