Edgar Sievers was an author, ufologist and the leader of a German theatre company in Pretoria.

Virtually no biographical information seems to be available about him, except for the fact that he wrote a history of the Deutsche Schüle Pretoria (Chronik der ersten 40 Jahre der DSP, 1972) and his active involvement in ufology[1], as editor of the journal UFO Newletter South Africa and author of works such as Flying Saucer über Südafrika (Pretoria: Sagittarius , 1955) and An die Denkenden in dieser Zeit - Ein Essay zur geistigen Grundlegung eines Umschwungs

Contribution to South African theatre, film, media and performance
