Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

He starred in Barney Simon’s production of Athol Fugard’s Statements After an Arrest Under the Immorality Act together with Wilma Stockenström at the Market Theatre in 1979 and in Adam Small's Kanna, Hy Kô Hystoe in 1981 in the State Theatre with Wilna Snyman.

In 1983 he became a television announcer on the SABC's channel TV1.
