Biography
She was shot and killed by her ex-partner in December 2016, leaving a young daughter.
Training and career
Bongiswa obtained a B. Dram (Tech.) degree from the Stellenbosch University, the first black woman to achieve this. At the time of her death she worked for an actors' agency in Cape Town.
