Performance history in South Africa
1990: Presented by Pieter Toerien Productions, opened at the Theatre on the Bay in May and the Leonard Rayne Theatre in June 1990. The play was directed by Maralin Vanrenen and starred Janet du Plessis (Sally Driscoll), Russel Savadier (John Barrett) and Errol Hart (Mark Driscoll). Lighting was designed by Jannie Swanepoel, set design by Kay Page, costumes co-ordinated by Colleen Moabelo.
Translations and adaptations
Dangerous Obsession was filmed in 1999 as Darkness Falls.
