Colin Ward (19**-). Actor, playwright.

Colin was CAPAB's regional director in the Eastern Cape until his resignation in January 1994.

He was in the cast of productions in Port Elizabeth of Night Was Our Friend (1962), Death of a Salesman 1962). Hamlet (1963).

In 1966 he appeared in a PACOFS production of Twee Voëls met Een Skoot. Played in As You Like It (Mannville) 2007.

In 1970 he directed a PEMADS production of A Thousand Clowns, A Christmas Carol (1991)

He wrote Cupid in Tyhume, Holy Man, Who took all the Christmas trees? and adapted Poland’s The Adventures of Ntini the Small Otter for the stage.

He was the production manager of the films Siener in die Suburbs (1973) and Fighter Pilots (1974) and several other films.
