H. Seymour (fl. mid-19th century) was a professinal actor active in Cape Town.

He apparently performed for the Cape Town Dramatic Club and for Sefton Parry and the Alfred Dramatic Club.
On 18 February, 1861, the Cape Town Dramatic Club put on a benefit performance for Mrs C. Fraser and Mr H. Seymour.
