Originally performed by Willem van Zuylen and published in his collected works in 1901.


1910: Performed as Een Rooie Tydens de Kroningsfeesten on 31 August by J.A.G. Bremer in celebration of Queen Wilhelmina's birthday by Aurora III in the ANV Saal, Cape Town, , along with a performance of Hans de Portier (Kruyer) in 't Verhoor ().
