Een Oom uit Californië ("an uncle from California") is a comedy in three acts by Johannes Hoek (1813-1893)[1].

Gillhoff (2013) lists a play De Oom uit Californië. Probably the same work.

A comedy written for the Rederijkers, published in Kampen, 1870. Hoek also wrote a one act play/adaptation called Een Oom uit Amerika (1875)
