Die Kwaaije Huishoudster ("The Difficult Housekeeper") is a one-act farce in Dutch-Afrikaans by Melt Brink (1842–1925).
Also known as Die Kwaaie Huishoudster.

First performed by Aurora in 1905(?),
It was originally published as Die Kwaaije Huishoudster by De Bussy (Pretoria) and HAUM (Cape Town) in 1905, and then reprinted 1912, 1918, 1927.
Translations and adaptations
Used as one of the texts in the compilation Ons Hou Konsert II by Robert Mohr (1983).
Performances
1907?: Probably first performed by Aurora in Cape Town.
1983: Performed as part of Ons Hou Konsert II (Melt Brink/Robert Mohr) by CAPAB in Cape Town.
